The Robertson Single Family Home--- 3,200 square feet
This home is a combination of ICF and SIP panel construction. The project used the Integra-Spec Building System at the foundation. Two story above-grade SIP Wall System is by Pacemaker Building Systems as well as the SIP roof. The home has Hardi plank siding on the SIP panels. The attic is fully conditioned.
ANNAPOLIS, MD
The VanDeKamp Single Family Home--- 3,800 square feet
BAY RIDGE - This home's ICF foundation was built using the Integra-Spec building system. The 2-story wall system is by Pacemaker SIPS and the roof is a conventional truss roof system with 6" of open cell spray foam. Looking at the photo, notice the center octagon roof lookout that matches the opening to the 2nd floor for natural light. Also, check out the IPE custom exterior beams.
Mark found that using a combination of ICF foundation and SIP wall panels resulted in the project succeeding extremely well and was completed within 6 months.
